Stephen Prater gave his life to Christ and was baptized 68 years ago at the tender age of 11. He is a servant leader who has served in church leadership roles for more than 25 years to include Men’s Ministry, Men’s Biblical counseling, church finance committee, and chairperson for lay ministries. He was the team lead for relocating hurricane Katrina victims to Florida, has led 6 short-term missions trips to both Ukraine and Lakota Sioux Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota. He was also the lead for a short-term mission trip to a church plant in Cumming, Georgia. 

Stephen has been married to the love of his life, Susan, for 54 years. They have 2 children, Jeff and Sarah, as well as 3 grandchildren. 

Their family has been attending City Church for 2.5 years where they are both actively serving and engaged in City Groups.

Tommy Frazier retired and moved to Florida last spring. Shortly after moving to the area, his wife, Michelle, of 26 years passed away. He is an Army retiree, serving in the Army for 20 years. Following his military career, he continued to serve the defense industry for nearly 30 years providing engineering management support to several government agencies in the Washington DC area.

He became a Christian at the ripe old age of twelve, baptized in April 1971. He has been a member of several restoration Christian churches over his lifetime; at times serving in positions of leadership.

Tommy is a father of four adult children. His two oldest children are both registered nurses; he has a daughter living locally who is a middle school teacher and his youngest son is attending Bible college and hopes to one day be an Army Chaplain.

Tom has been attending City Church for 1.5 years where he is actively serving and engaged in City Groups.
